Why is Atlas Network implementing this Applications Portal?
The Applications Portal is intended to make submitting, revising, and reporting on applications easier for you and your team to track. Please send any feedback you have on the new system to Casey Pifer at

Can I submit applications through the same forms that I previously used?
No. Atlas Network will only receive and consider applications made through this application portal.

Can I apply for training here?

How do I create an account?

Click here to create an account and access the applications portal. First, complete the required information to create your account. An account activation link will then be sent to you via email. Once you have clicked that link, your account will be activated and you can access the portal. If you already have an account, you can log in here.

Is there a limit to the number of grant applications I should submit?
There is a limit of one grant application per organization for the
Illiberalism Grant and the Economic Freedom Audit grant. There is no limit on the number of grant applications that you can submit for other grant lines.

What are you looking for when you ask for a budget figure?
Atlas Network appreciates the honest and accurate reporting of your organization’s actual operating budget. This effectively means the revenue your organization brought in for a given year. This information is important because it impacts our understanding of your organization's operating capacity and how we might play a part in helping your organization grow. Budgetary information is handled in a discrete and private manner to honor the privacy of this information.

Can multiple members of my team work on a single application?
Yes! The owner of an application can easily add "members" to an application, allowing them to edit or just read the application materials. On the main submission page, click on "Add Member" on the bottom right-hand side of the screen, which will open a new screen where you complete the information for the person you wish to add. You can provide two different access levels: "Full Control" and "Read Only."

What if my organization is a partner but I can't find it on the directory?
Atlas Network partners are generally listed in our
Global Directory. If you are unsure of whether your organization is a partner, please email for assistance.

How long does it take to hear back with an application decision?
  • For grants with an application deadline, you should receive a response within 30 days of that application deadline.
  • For grants determined on a rolling basis, you should receive a response within 30 days of us receiving your application.
  • For New Partnership applications, you should receive a response within two weeks of us receiving your application.
Can I receive feedback on my applications before I submit them?
